Thank you Derek S!!!!

Guys, I'm still just a Ronin, but oday my school brought in 10th Planet brown belt, gentleman, ninja, warrior poet Derek Stewart from 10th planet Omaha. He and his students were incredible and we spent a good solid 3 hours just grinding on new stuff. We worked all kinds of little nuances of things: the guy is an absolute encyclopedia! Topics included:

When I hit seminars I always try to take notes right after to help my learning process. After I sat there and wrote down that list, it finally hit me how much stuff we got done.

No real point to this post except to rep Derek and run my mouth about how awesome 10P is. Thank you to Derek, to Eddie Bravo and all his 10th planet affiliates for keeping this awesome family growing, and for allowing me to be a part of it.

I knew about many of those techniques from videos, books, youtube, etc but Derek just added so many layers to every nuance of a position and I just loved it. What an awesome day.
