Pill count
during my quest for health I've gone through various supliments but lately my daily pill count has gotten quite large.
What's your daily supliments count ?
Am I going overboard?
My daily consumption includes:
A.L.C., ginkgo, triflex(glucosamine/msm/chondroitin, viru tech, turmeric sport, natures EFA, biotin, acai, green tea.
9 pills a day. Not including preworkouts and protien. Gulp.....

Green leafy vegetables and fruits

Glucosamine msm chondroitin is only thing there I see worthwhile. You're wasting a tremendous amount of money. You shouldn't be supplementing ANYTHING unless you're lacking and the only way you know that is with bloodwork. Get your diet on point then get bloodwork to see where your deficiencies are.

Pizza and Beer, the only supplements you'll ever need...
Until you get high blood pressure and need medication

leafy greens indeed
also I love Vitamin D. I take 10,000 to 20,000 IU per day

I get all I need by staring at the sun.

I take one or two tart cherry supplements per day as well as a tumeric supplement, both to help with inflammation. And I eat a ton of green veggies, plenty of plant based protein and staying away from the junk food. Honestly, I think the latter helps the most.
