Use of NLP, Positive affirmation and law of attraction for 10th planet.

Hey 10 p.
lately ive been using forms of NLP, Positive affirmation law of attraction style thought process towards my jiu jitsu.
and found it amazingly useful in progression, understanding on a deeper level, conceptualising 10th planet.which i feel is perfect because 10th planet is concept jiu jitsu. once you understand the swim move, the truck, lockdown ect then you find more and more ways of getting to said position.
my question is. do any other people in the 10 p family utilise NLP, positive affirmation law of attraction style thinking?

I have studied a lot of the ideas of Milton Erickson https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_H._Erickson and the power of the sub-conscious mind. I find these concepts focusing on positive emotions and feelings definitely help my performance in all arenas of life. In a way, auto-hypnosis and meditation are one in the same thing.
