Just try to relax and have fun with it really. Learning from your mistakes in competition is way more valuable than getting a medal
When you feel your nerves just realize that it's normal and healthy. It's your body gearing up properly so you can do your thing on the mat. Also, I like to eat baby food. Helps with the stomach ache I get from nerves some. Also it's instant carbs and sugars. :) Good luck.

Well, competition was yesterday, but my no gi division was me and one other guy, then gi was 2 other guys, both had some weight and strength on me. Lost both matches but it's all good. Meet some cool people, had a good time, and learned some stuff, in the end that's what it's all about. And still got a 2nd and 3rd place medal, since it was a small division
