I would be interested in hearing about the mental aspect of your jiu jitsu game, for instance do you have planned chains with counters that you execute or do you use pure instinct and just let yourself flow etc.

Sadly the lowest sugar Kombucha I can find (Heath-ade original) has 10g of sugar in 1 bottle (2 servings). You have to be a fucking monk to stay in ketosis.
