There's a 14 year old kid who trains at my academy in Germany who is an absolute monster... He's been training 2 years and he destroys me everytime we roll. I've been training 6 years and I'm twice his size. We made a video of him training with another one of the talented kids at our school. If he sticks with BJJ as he grows older, I really think he'll be a world champion in some capacity.
