Cut angles and/or make space while maintaining your guard and clinch.
It's a race between the bottom player turning their body and/or creating distance while the top player wants to control the bottom's hips, immobilize them and pass.
If it's too tough with the big guys, practice with people the same size as you, or smaller partners until you get better at it. Or, pull guard while rolling and side-scoot towards your underhook as an opening strategy.
Getting stacked and folded by a skilled opponent is never fun.
edit: I forgot to add,... stiff arm the head and technical stand up.
I would enjoy hearing other options, as this happens to me often.
The main points are to control the space - correct framing and timing of your moves, my basic plan for this situation is:
if I'm the better wrestler, then I'll go lockdown to dogfight. Then either sweep or stand up.
If they're the better wrestler then I go with butterfly guard and various sweeps with the aim of getting to ashi garami
(It's usually the latter as my wrestling sucks!)
Frames. Frames. Frames. Leg entanglements. Getting to the back asap. Developing good half guard, lockdown, Z guard games. Chaining things together seamlessly and taking advantage of your opportunities.
Obviously the skill of larger opponents is a major factor in your options. A big guy that sucks isn't much of a threat but you still don't want to be stuck under them too frequently. Bigger guys that know your game and are better than you are a huge problem.
I also can't put enough emphasis on stomp transitions and developing good attacks from the "butter half" position. Also never settle for your back being flat. Another great tool is playing an aggressive offensive game off that overhook that they will force you to have by passing with the under. Flying kung fu's are a must.
Stay on your side, shoot low underhooks and combine that with deep half guard attempts. They work in unison. You can not, under any circumstances, allow the big boys to flatten you out on your back. Stay on your side to a fault.
I am going to put another vote in for framing and angling. The deeper half guard stuff is good too but watch out being under someone who has a good dynamic base, expect a pin and cross face.
Framing, inversions, Z, Z, Z, waiting patiently for an overhook, framing, inversions, waiting for the underhook, hunting secretly for it, then firing a flying kung fu
