Lockdown resources

Hi everyone,

I don't train at a 10P gym but I'm a heavy halfguard player and use lockdown a lot.

I'm getting ready to sign up to the site to access MTS, however, I don't know the 10P names for moves. What would be the best way to sort the tech list to be able to find lockdown techiques?

The top sticky has resources, you should check them out. They have a Lockdown Flow Chart that has links to a youtube video that shows each move. It really helped open up my lockdown game.

I've looked at the tech list but as I'm unfamiliar with the names I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

Did you look at the flow chart? Click on the names and they link to a you tube video showing what that name is; Also if there is a move that you're unsure of or what more details on, just youtube search it and there's probably an instructional on it, if not, post it here and someone will help out.
