In my club we mainly do gi bjj and I want to incorporate your half guard game into my bjj especially that sweep where you lockdown one leg, reach for the other, get on your knees and drive to get the sweep.

I’d think that was it because he said get up to your knees. With twistback or Plan B or even Electric Chair you don’t get up on the knees (unless he’s talking about a transition to Dogfight) :cool:

Pretty sure you do get on your knees for a sec. you drive he drives back and you trip.
