That's the big difference between a street fight and a cage match. The street hits back. This is really tragic and senseless. The guy might have been talking a world of shit or he might have been trying to talk some sense into the guy. Either way, that was a puss move; hitting a guy with his hands in his pockets.

you should get murder 1 if you train in a martial art then kill a guy(unless it is self defense), because you had the premeditated attention of making your body into a lethal weapon.
I disagree but thats only because some areas have the most ridiculous self defense laws. But i'm not very passionate about that statement. I do keep getting a mental image of a closet ninja thinking hes hot shit lol.Quote:

I was looking into this a bit more.. out of curiosity.. and apparently Britain has a one blow manslaughter rule that basically says if you only land one solid blow and it causes death that their is no way you could have intended to kill your victim so therefore the death is ruled as unintentional. So thats why he only got 6 years.
Not really sure how I feel about a law like that.. this guy knew the power of his punch he should know the consequences of punching a man who is not defending himself. I think the courts should decide if its manslaughter.. not this one blow law. Either way thats why he got 6 years in the end.. and Britain also has automatic sentence reduction so he'll most likely get 2-3.. humph.
if you hate someone then you have one free shot to try and kill them and only get six years and probably get out sooner with good behavior.Quote:
