Why don't you go to the gyms and find out for yourself. If they are like most gyms they will give you at least one free class. Your gonna learn a lot more by experiencing the training first hand than your gonna be able to on this forum.

Where did the guys from Ultimate MMA get belted? They don't really explain their lineage on the website but their grappling credentials look legit.

There's about a 1% chance that there are people who can really answer these question. But then again it has to be to put in perspective...

So yeah, try out classes at all of these gyms.

There is no way for anyone to inform an educated opinion unless they go for themselves. You aks about these gyms about 2-3x a month. Go yourself and form your own opinion, your the one that will ulitmately be spending you time and money there.

i will i just dont always have the time since im busy with wrestiling and all..but witch should i go check out first
