When you get put in a body triangle you turn the guy to the side that it's locked up on, this puts a ton of pressure on the ankle already, then you hook your leg over the guy's leg on the same side and hip into it. You can break the ankle waaaay easier than catching a guy crossing his ankles from back control.Quote:
