I need a match like paris hilton needs 2 pounds!!

so im itchin for some competition, i cant wait. but theres definetely a nervous side im fightin. im hoping to hear anyones stories on their first match, and how they dealt with the stress/anxiety before competing. any tips or ideas, or even just experiences to compare with would be awesome.

Dude I remember at my first comp I gassed myself purely on adrenelin and fidgeting just try keep your cool focus on your breathing while your waiting and get in the zone listen to some music that relaxes you. But remember you don't wanna get TO relaxed
