Hella funny that Silva knocked out shogun with the very same front kick to the chin that Joe rogan was showin us in the tae kwan joe portion of the last episode "wrath of renato". He was sayin how effective it'd be in mma fights and sure enough a month later silva drops shogun with it. Keep the techniques comin Joe they're badass.

Front kicks are lethal to the groin and to the chin. Its a whipping snap motion. Goes right through an opponents elbows. And hey if you have shoes you really dont even have to bend your damn toes back. Shoes= +1231243 to damage.
