yeah i used to be really into them about a year ago, used to use all different tracks to help with my meditation, the key was finding the right frequency to tune yourself to. i think its different for everyone though how it effects you. and in the end it did really help me once i got used to it :)

Nelson. Do you or have you had contact with Dan inosanto? i see thats he's getting in to jits, could he fly the 10th planet flag?
Dan is actually pretty decent with jiu jitsu, but no, we're through Richard Bustillo. Nibiru is slowly infecting JKD though. It's been my goal for the past 4 years.Quote:

Yes. We use knee on belly to stike. We're using alot of Judo side control/scarf hold also. Use trapping to set up alot of key locks. 10th Planet has been my edge. The top guys at are school are catching on now and I've been teaching them alot of lockdown stuff. I need to develop my xguard now.Quote:
