Seems like a way of stifling the legalization movement! I think this would give them more leverage to shut down medical dispensaries.
It is just a way to establish more control.

I hope you guys are right, but it looks like that's what there trying to do. If they can pass this it will eliminate the reason for dispensaries. They will try to send people to Walgreens for a fucking pill.
