If George has spent even 4-8 hard hours a week on focused JJ training since his last fight, he'll be able to win from any position on the ground. But I'm thinking Armbar/Armcrush from Spiderweb.

RNC 1st round. George gets a takedown into half guard, passes to side control to mount, pounds for a minute or so until Siver turns his back, RNC.
