Hey Scott. Most likely, 3-6 of my students will be competing. As for myself, It's a big maybe. I'm just getting over a real miserable bout with lower back pain. And now my shoulder is really bothering me. If I can get my cardio back to where it was last year, I'll be competing.

So, you gonna be heel hooking anyone? :)

I should be, my new ID should be in my hands by next friday. I'll reg as soon as I get my ID. I'll only be in town for the day. We have a submissions only tournament in Rochester on sat. I hope to be able to do both. It will be good to finally meet you in person.

btw if you have never been to a ufc fan expo its one of the coolsest things ever... dont wait in line most of the time because alot of fighters just wander around i saw the afro dude from tapout lol sorry idk his name arriany thiago silva and i saw joe stevenson in the bathroom haha it was awsome so make sure to walk around... i got pictures with all those people besides arriany because i was too shy haha ohhh and i saw ariel helwanie he's a great guy and i met jon jones's maneger and he let me personally meet jon jones without waiting in line such a great guy. They also give alot of free things at the expo, the only thing that was'nt good about the expo was that some of the lines are verry long but meeting random fighters by just walking around makes up for that haha the longest line at the boston won was deffinetly andersons line it was about 4 hours + long another thing is it gets extreamly crowded and its impossible to walk without bumping into a person the good part about bumping into people is that u meet awsome guys and the girls are beyond hot. The nicest people that i met were deffinetly Urijah Faber, Jon Jones, and Thiago silva but everyone was verry nice btw by suprise the shortest line was vitor belforts witch i only waited less than 5 minutes for haha he was a great guy to but the line ended up getting longer like an hour or 2.
