so im having a lot of success with the pump lately, but sometimes i wont be able to finish the toss to spiderweb. i end up stuck in limbo trying to achieve the toss on an opponent with good base. any advice? common mistakes? other options while stuck under opponent?
If you've suceeded with collapsing his arms via the pump, instead of tossing to Spider Web, you can do a Flower Sweep instead. This is a good option if your Spider Web game is not that developed.

If he sniffs out the toss and lowers his base, I like to swim move.
Kick your leg out in the same direction and location that their head is pointing... that seems to be the minimum angle to hit the sweep... if you can actually kick your leg out higher than their head and get up on your shoulders you over rotate and flip them over your head.
Trying it several time's in a row is pointless though, that shit just happened to me tonight. Bobby's advice would have saved me.
