A couple weeks ago i realized my biggest problem with using thought processes to create the vibration of happiness to cause change in situations and my environment. i was trying too hard to feel the vibrational energy in myself. I should have been trying to feel it in myself and all things around me. Like a star supplementing the universe affecting the planets around it. The Secret Behind the Secret audio-book's mental exercises make feeling creating the vibration of happiness seem like a math equation with words in your head and feeling instead of numbers. After years of looking at situations negatively, the positive change was instantly noticeable. Now, if I could just find some DMT, maybe I could add another piece to the puzzle.
