that is the Pace Choke

I hit this choke a lot on newer guys. Pump the arm all the way across his body first.

similiar to a no arm triangle...except he doesnt lock the legs in a triangle position...if its tight enough you can finish...if its not...then lock the legs in triangle position to make it tighter...leave the arm where it is. Use it alot to defend the double underhooks (on the legs) pass.

Ya, and you don't have to have one of his arms out to do this choke either. If you can pump one of his arms all the way in, and get both of your arms pulling down on your mission control with his arm trapped, then throw up your other leg to add more down pressure that works too. If you can visualize that.
