i didnt realized how clueless some people are to the techniques

Really helps me with my diabetes.As long as I train 3-4 days a week and eat halfway decent I don't have to do any medication. It is not like weight or cardio training( cuz I can slack),I have more of a desire to push my self when I am at class.And the biggest reason of all is not wearing that damn GI.
It has made me very happy..given me great experiences..and extended my family=0!!
