well I got banana split and my knee kinda popped, it hurts a little bit but I want to know how to improve my groin flexibility.
i don't really work much for it except the sitting v stretch any tips will help

Thats probably all you can do
That and stretch doing squats alot
get a yoga block and sit on it just under your tailbone while sitting with your legs in the butterfly stretch while watching tv. don't push your knees down, just let your hips and groin relax for a long while. eventually you can maybe push a bit but make sure to focus on relaxing your hips and groin.
