I just watched all of Pettis's fights this afternoon and I must say I did not give enough credit to this kid before. I thought he was just a flashy striker that got lucky, but no, this kid is for real, excellent kicks, fast hands, good takedown defense ,great triangles. I think they should get this kid his title shot asap.
Example, Shane Roller Anthony Pettis WEC fight, Roller, big ol wrestler, throws a mid level kick and if you watch it in slow motion, Pettis lower his left hand to catch the kick ad fires his own right straight before the kick even lands. Him being able to see that the kick is not going high and beat Roller to the shot all at the same time is an amazing feat.
