I would also highly recommend it. As Tony said, it's extremely comprehensive at roughly 7.5 hours. Some teks focus on grips, but the vast majority translates very well to No Gi by the looks of it.

Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is if you only play lockdown half, then I don't know how much help it would be.
Anyone who plays a knee shield half needs this.

I checked it out...seems like a lot of good info if for some reason you cant get the lockdown.

I would LOVE to see some clips. Lord knows he sold a shit load of dvds because of that troll thread on the UG so I think we all deserve some free techs, LETS SEE SOME!!! :)

i would have gladly paid twice the amount i paid for my copy. too good.
