I've only been learning BJJ for two months and I love it. We have two little ones ages 1 and 3 and the time we get away from them to do this is precious so we work really hard on our BJJ nights and we practice a little at home on the other nights.
My husband and I have been reading and checking out the 10th Planet info and trying one move at a time working it in with our existing new set of skills. Without an instructor it is really hard to know if we are doing it right though the lockdown seems to be working for starters.
I took off my Gi finally tonight to practice the lockdown and old school with my husband and it was so much better with it off.
If there was a 10th Planet in Pittsburgh I'd be all over it!

Nice! I've had some success with Lockdown, and coin flips with Twister, WHip Up, and Jaws of Life. Keep going and eventually they'll be 10th planet everywhere!!!!
