no gi appearal

Hey guys, wats up? I am going to do a no gi tournament sometime in the future and have a few questions. First off, can you do it in teen divison with wrestling headgear? (im starting to develop cauliflower ear). Also whats the difference between compression shirts/shorts and a rashguard? And what should I wear for my bottom? Shorts? Vale tudo shorts? Or do they have rash guard shorts? Also are cups allowed? Because when im sweeping someone, they always end up kneeing on my groin. Thanks for the help guys, take care!

The best appearals are the fashionably late ones. Do it big.

Cups are not only allowed, but a must. Take mouthguard as well; I don't use one, but some tournaments require them. Compression shorts hold your cup into place and are worn underneath boardshorts.

I have been using a short sleeve rashguard shirt, but I might go to full sleeve. I have not seen anyone wear headgear in a tournament, I would have to believe they are not allowed, but check the rules. Maybe someone else on here will help with that answer.

I do compression pants with boardshorts over them,and long sleeve compression top.Compression and rash guards are pretty much the same thing.I also do ankle sleeves because it helps with my lockdown and rubber guard( because with the compression pants people can slip out of lockdown).I think later I'll try GI pants to see what I like better.I would do the headgear at class and go without at tourneys.
