For fundamentals instruction, I don't think there is anything better than the Gracie Combatives series. The quality of instruction and attention to detail is second to none.

gracie combatives are AWESOME i have the 16 dvd set and i LOVE them they literally COVER EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING nothing is left unanswered, so much detail it KINDA makes it boring but its all necessity to learning, definitely worth the buy
