Setting up the triangle video series

Part 1 of our series about setting up the triangle, Part 1 is breaking the posture, which sets up all of your submissions, sweeps and weapons from the guard. Probably stuff you have all seen before, but we are wanting to share and contribute to the MMA and Grappling scene. Dont claim to know anymore than anyone else, just very passionate about training, teaching and sharing.
