Just fineshed training wth John Howard!!!

Just got done training with ufc fighter John Howard, he is an awsome guy! If you ever have the oppurtunity to train with him or just meet hm, do it! With that being said i learned alot today that i will keep in my bag of tricks. John also said the hardest he has ever been kicked in a mma fight was when he fought my coach :) . (He did end up submiting my coach in the 2nd round) so if you ever have the opurtunity to train with John Howard do it without hesitation.

Btw he has a fight coming up with Martin Kampman, it should deffinetly be an all out war!
