I was reading the Vegetarian thread and I like the thought on going on a fruit and veggi diet for awhile.
I was just hoping you guys can give me any tips. and if you take supplements to deal with the lack of meat.

Brendan Brazier is a Canadian triathlete and a vegan who's written a book or 2 and has a lot of nutritional advice. Mike Mahler has a ton of great articles on nutrition and training, and he's a strong as fu%# vegan as well. (www.brendanbrazier.com and www.mikemahler.com) between the 2 of them I don't think there's anything they haven't thought about, dealt with and written about.

dont let the word vegetarian make you think the only thing you can eat is salad..fruits nuts..beans,wheat bread
i eat alot of veggie burgers and soy cheese.and if you choose you can still eat cheese butter and eggs and be a vegetarian
