Since we are talking love handles and a little belly that's what you should be doing you could hit a growth spert any month now and it will disappear. Just stay as active as you can and eat until your full don't over do it with the junk food and don't gorge yourself.
That's the beauty of being young.
Doing jiu jitsu and warming up really well with stretching and tons of rolling will do it's thing in time. Just keep training hard and physical results are a side effect.

Hit the weights... More reps with less weight focus on your legs since they have more mass your body will burn more calories rather than working your upper body, cut the carbs and sugars down as well.
Don't worry about it at 15. You're still growing. Wait until you are at least 19 to make any dramatic changes in your diet. I am 100% sure that I would have been an inch taller or so if I wouldn't have cut weight when I was your age.
Start running, and working out hardcore. Run hills, find a park and do bear crawls, baby crawls, army crawls, situps, pushups, v-ups, superman back archs, hold the plank position facing down and on either side.
