Attended Classes at 10thPlanet Burbank and Van Nuys

Recently returned from a short trip to Cali visiting fam, I had the honor and privilege to train at both the Burbank and Van Nuys Academies and I must say if you’re ever in the area you must stop by!!!!!! Both places were excellent friendly staff great training partners and of course top notch instruction. Lucky for me both academies were drilling halfguard Lockdown options combos sweeps and submissions my knowledge on the position is honestly a world better now and the instruction I received from "Coach" Alder and Scott "Einstein" Epstein instantly was drilled and became instinctive. Makes me so jealous I don’t live there :mad: Thanks again to everyone at both academies Ill defiantly stop by again the next time I'm in the area!!!!
