ok so i have started going to jiu jitsu n i find the cup is bruising the inside of my legs n last night we did arm bars n man my cup was digging into the side of my leg do i have the wrong style of jock is this something u just get use to ?

yeah that happens, then when you wear out your comp. shorts it'll move too. everytime I take a hit to the inner legs, i just think thank god it wasn't my balls.

I haven't worn a cup in forever. In my experience I received more injuries from a ball popping out and getting guillotined by my cup than actually being struck or kneed.
shock doctor is the best thing ever. mmawarehouse.com. I wear that on the outside of my briefs and rarely have any problems. Much better than taking a kick to the junk, trust me.
