I've seen them at my old kickboxing gym and one at 10th Planet Peterborough. Everyone who used it got exhausted pretty quick as far as I can remember...

and i wonder how you are supposed to breathe in the gasmask
if you are supposed to:
inhale and exhale with your mouth
inhale and exhale with your nose
inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth or
inhale with your mouth and exhale out your nose
