I'll do pullups with a gi wrapped around the bar, or dumbbell curls with the dumbbell hanging from a towel. Also do fingertip pushups and plate pinchers... Put two weights/plates facing each other and squeeze them together for at least a few seconds. I've worked my way up to pinching 2 35lb plates together, working on getting 45s. I also have a couple of buckets filled with sand, and I'll go for 5 minutes in the sand bucket, opening and closing my hands, making "tiger claws", digging, etc.
It makes a pretty phenomenal difference in my hand-fighting in judo and jiu-jitsu.
