lol no over under
not a bad instructional actully , kept it really simple :)
He missed a few of the finer details:
1)Start with the over/unders (he had double unders).
2)Slide him down with the legs, and turn his opponent on his side, before going for the grapevine
3)Establish the under/overhooks to transition to baseball bat control, without loosing control of opponents arms.
However he subsitituded the opponent grabbing his wrist to elbow him head to set up the pillow(his opponets arm under his head)
4)Using the his legs as a rainbow to get his arm under his opponets head
5)Hand fight (wing chun) to s-grip.
Over all it was cool to see him teach the technique, the exposure of the system even more so.
It would be kool to see him on the new mastering the twister dvd
This is kind of like a white belt hitting an americana on another white belt and then deciding to teach it in the next class. If you did not no better and tried to work the submission based on that video your opponent would roll right out every time.
This is actually someone who hit this technique against a brown belt in the most elite MMA organization in the world.
Wow, he really just kinda wings it don't he? Wung it right inta tha octagon. Some people really mount no defense and you can go straight to it undefended. And some try to twist out and put themselves in it. Deep.
But yeah, this is Chevy for Dummies and he would be right back on the back with anyone game. He's still got mad props from mua.
Yeah the video is weak but the guy is teaching with sub-titles lol. Who knows what he's actually saying. The guy obviously knows the techique though, I just don't think he feels very comfortable teaching (atleast on video).
