Leg Lockers!!! Reverse Mount with the Deep hook on the leg. Any idea how to escape?

My man Johnny Ho is going to ask Herzog in person tonight, but any other help would be great.

I had a good sesh with Ron Turner(BB), and he caught me in an interesting reverse mount but had one leg controlled. I triangled my legs, to avoid the knee bar, toe hold etc, then he would attack the other leg. Finally he caught me in a toe right right Ron? good stuff.

So anyway, I got to thinking, how would you escape that? I can't just flatten my legs to the ground, because he has a deep hook on the leg.
