First MMA Match!
www.ustream.tv/channel/midwest-fight-scene Go down to recent videos and my match is on the one that says 808 PM. First competition in any form or combat. I thought I did well even in a loss. Any criticism is welcome and appreciated. Billy Petershagen Vs. Jesse Free

IMO you need to work on throwing correct punches. They are more efficient and deadly than throwing wildly. You can easily get caught with a punch while throwing wild punches. Also need to keep your hands up. Just my thoughts bro but great job on getting in the cage.

I had you winning round 1. Like Brandon said, throwing correct punches. Get with a boxing coach and learn to throw straight punches, turning your hands over and snapping them back to your face. You have to turn your kicks over as well to get any real power. Get a copy of mastering the rubbeguard and study that shit like a damn phd.

great job friend but like they said throw your straits strait and your hooks tight and if your for real about MMA you need to do intense cardio workouts. use this fight as motivation for training, no ones ever died from being tired so get working! but really was good for your first fight

Thanks for the replies. I have never been to any class besides 1 seminar with Eddie. I didn't feel too nervous before the fight but rewatching it I feel they may have played a role. I'm not Leonard Garcia wild am I?
