werid submission and a question ?

ok so last class well i was rolling i ended on the bottom in side control. he was on my left side i grabbed his right wrist put it up in the air hooked it with my left foot then used my other foot to grab his head. then i pulled with legs making it so he is on his back like twister but instead of leg locked with my legs n pulling on the head i had his head n arm locked with my legs. so i was popping out between his legs so i grabbed his left leg then i started kinda twisting. i got the tap fast i had no idea really what was going on he asked me what i got him in and i had no idea my one friend who was taking a break came over n was like "man that was weird looked like a reverse twister " so my main question is. is it possible to pull off a reverse twister and is the move i described is it something else or if it was just luck?

So you had him in an inverted triangle? In that case it was a choke and not a twister

Maybe you can film it? It's hard for me to visualize the position with that description.

i under stand it was like a inverted triangle but he said he tapped due to his back it wasn't a choke but yea ill try n make a video of it just was werid

It's possible to apply some pressure on the spine like the twister when grabbing and pulling the leg in an inverted triangle. The tap could be from both the choke and the spine crank.
