Interesting training tool.

I was looking through a MMA magazine and came across something called "Precision Punch" here is the website: http://precisionpunchnow.com/
Does anyone have experience with this? And does it look like it would be useful? I like the concept of it, and for 30 bucks I think I may give it a shot.

That's crap. I wouldn't buy that. Put your index and middle knuckle on someones face and snap it, when it lands... pull your hand back twice as fast. There, I saved you some money :-P

I think its kinda cool.
