Hey...I didn't see any rules about torrents or anything of the like,
so I hope this is all right to post.
SWIM uploaded an instructional video on Dominating the Tie position.
Since wrestling is so prevalent in MMA these days, and since takedowns
can be oh so important in JJ, I figured some of your may want to check
this video out. It's very informative, especially for beginner wrestlers.

I have no idea how torrents work, do I need to DL a program that plays them or....?

Ehsan...here's a quick guide
1. Download a torrent client, I use utorrent: http://www.utorrent.com/downloads
Follow that link, they have mac versions if you look on the right side of the page.
2. Install utorrent.
3. Follow the link to demonoid where the file information is held: http://www.demonoid.me/files/details/2666148/5730872/
4. Click the link in the second box down that says "Click here to download the torrent"
That will download a file that contains the information on where the file you want is located, within what is called a swarm of peers. After the "torrent" file downloads, it should automatically open in utorrent, this is when your download actually starts.
Torrents pull information from all users sharing that file instead of downloading from one source alone.
After it's finished, open and enjoy.

So the progress bar in utorrent is that for the torrent or the actual video? I waited until it finished, I have an avi file and quicktime won't open it because it "doesn't understand the format", so I downloaded flip for mac and it still wont open. any suggestions?
