Last night I attended my first class in 10 years. Today I'm missing some skin on my foot and knees and I feel like I was hit by a truck. But it was awesome! Can't wait for the next one!

I remember taking a 6 month break a while ago. Christ did I ache after the first session back! People were actually turning round whenever I had to get up from the table in pubs and stuff!Quote:
