I would say the only difference is he stepped on the ankle instead of going heal to heal.

I have trained at team Tooke a few times never met Prof. Tooke though because he has two schools. I have seen him go to mission control and lockdown on youtube vids though. Here he is going toe to toe with Bill Cooper.

Ya, I actually prefer that method. For me it allows me to pin the persons foot down, and I can drag is leg back with out him lifting his leg into me thigh area. It a strong position.
