I lost yet another person who i was close to...

As many of you know i lost my mom and dad about a month ago and i just found out that one of my mma coaches also died in a motercycle accident... Im in shock :( i cant belive this is happening..

Losing family/friends is so damn hard, we sometimes forget how to FEEL. (trust me I know buddy)
Just know, your friends that make you laugh, smile and remind you of other amazing things out there are here.
Hell, sometimes just hanging out and playing video games is the best therapy. It's overwhelming buddy, just keep doing what makes you happy :)
