Also, acidopholis, or some sort of probiotic supplement. Helps keep the bad stuff away. Not sure how. but it works. Also helps with digestion on a side note.
probiotics help by promoting the good bacteria in the gut and limiting the bad bacteria. Key to use after a bout of antibiotics....thats the short nutshell version lol
