Hey Guys,
What's the best head gear? I've always avoided wearing it, because I figure the extra bulk will stop me from weaseling my head out of submissions. But, I've had to stick needles in both of my ears to drain them at this point, and that sucks.
Guidance is greatly appreciated.
Im excited to find out whats good as well. I always see eddie in the videos but i never know what brand those ear guards are.
Personally, I like Matman if you're on a budget...
