Women's Self Defense Seminar

Hey guys, and girls, in the LA area. I have a really good friend that runs the XMA World HQ in North Hollywood Ca. He is bringing me out there the weekend of the 25th to teach a Women's Self Defense workshop. The cost for the public is $40, but anyone affiliated with 10th Planet JJ only pays $20.

Listen guys, we all have women in our lives that we love and would hate for something to happen to them, and ladies even if you are a JJ student/cage fighter/all around badass, the knowledge that you will gain is going to be priceless.

If nothing else, they're going to be putting me in a "bullet man" suit and beating the hell out of me. What women doesn't want to kick, punch, and knee a guy as hard as they want?

Dawna you're not much use to me alive are you? jk. I spoke to Amy and Eddie and they are both cool with me putting up flyers there. I am probably gonna come up tomorrow or Wednesday to disseminate the flyers. I'm gonna go to Burbank also and see if they'll let me too.

TTT - any woman would benefit from this seminar. The XMA guys throw great seminars .. and if you talk to Aaron for 5 minutes, you'll wanna beat the hell out of him regardless ... trust me :)
