the Andre Galvao book on jiu jitsu drills? I just got it yesterday because Borders is going out of business and it was 20% off. If you have it do you like it and is it worth it? I assume it is because its Galvao but sometimes...there can be hiccups and lapses in judgement...anyway let me know.
I have it and yes it's worth it. It's a great book with a TON of drills...things I would have never thought of.
Awesome, good to know. I skimmed it but kinda bought it on a whim. I plan on using it, having other people do the drills including my family. My wife would like to know whats going on in these tournaments and I have baby #2 on the way so my kids need to know this stuff also.
I have it too and I like it a lot. Some of the stuff is gi specific, but there is still tons of good stuff in there! The cheaper you can get it the better, lol
You'll like it bro. I'm still in the beginning stages of the book and love it. Sooo much to it and every drill is explained in detail.

It's a great book and it allows you to do tons of great solo work whenever you can't get to the gym. The core ball drills effected my game only after 2 weeks of practice and the shoulder rolls refined my gramby rolls.
