Training for comp advise?
Hey all,
Just competed for the first time after about 9 months of training.
Won my first match and lost the second.
Was a bit disappointed with my performance so now super hungry for another comp and some wins, so I'm entering a bigger comp here in the Uk called Ground Control.
Anyway it's 4 weeks away and I was wondering if anyone has any key points on what I should be training daily over the next few weeks. Also any advise on bodyweight or strength exercises would be appreciated as applicable to jiujitsu.
